We will certainly make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the delivery time specified on the website.

Unfortunately, in rare cases, we may not be able to guarantee on-time delivery. If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

(Please note that our liability does not include compensation for delayed or undelivered goods.)

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order meets or exceeds your expectations. Of course, problems may arise in rare cases, and we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and properly.

In case you need to return or exchange an item, we are ready to handle it properly for you! Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges (refurbishments) unless the product is defective.

(Whether you are in the US or Europe, please contact us first if you encounter any product issues so we can provide you with a suitable solution.)

If the product has material or manufacturing defects, such as malfunctioning, or an incorrect size due to errors in our production facilities, you can return it within 30 days of the order delivery date, and we will replace it with the same product of the same size free of charge.

For returns, please contact us at service@homedemoshop.com and attach photos/video evidence. If your return request is approved, we will cover the shipping costs and send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending the package.

If the product arrives broken or damaged, please retain the original packaging for your replacement request. Please send photos or videos of the damaged parts and the condition of the packaging to service@homedemoshop.com.

We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
